Arrival at the Relaxation Resource
When you schedule an appointment with us, time is set aside especially for you. All services offered have a specific time schedule and early arrivals allow for a relaxed, unhurried experience. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time, as this will allow you the time to fill out service consultation forms, and change to prepare for your services. If a late arrival is inevitable your services my be shortened in order to keep on schedule.
 
Appointments
Services are by appointment only. When reserving appointments we do require a 25% deposit for all services over $50.00.
 
Cancellation Policy
We understand that from time to time life may bring you surprises. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If proper notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge you for the full amount of your service (s) without notification.
 
Payment
We proudly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, Pink Suite Gift Cards and cash for all retail product and services.
Gratuities
Gratuities are solely up to the client’s discretion in most cases, and not included in gift certificates, unless requested by the purchasing client. However, gratuities are very much appreciated.
 
Spa Environment
To maintain our tranquil environment, we ask that all communication devices be silenced, or powered off, and that children only come when they have a scheduled appointment..
 
Gift Certificates
We do not refund Gift Cards, so please make your purchases carefully. All Pink Suite Gift Cards expire within one year of purchase. Gift Certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
 
Discounts
In order to receive the discounted price on any product and/or services a coupon must be present at the time transactions are completed. Monthly discounts are not valid with group services.
